(B) A map of the area covered by the city, by and through its membership in the JULIE System.
(C) The JULIE System “Excavator’s Manual” revised as of August, 2000.
(D) Current list of persons, firms, or corporations who normally engage in activities described in § 153.01 of this chapter, within the area defined in division (B) above.
(E) Copy of the latest public notification to make all persons aware of the Underground Damage Prevention Program of the city.
(F) Special notices and condition of “Application for Natural Gas Service” specifically pertaining to excavation and back fill at buildings.
