No Class A modular housing or Class B mobile homes shall be established or occupied within the City of Pinckneyville except in accordance with the Zoning Code of the City of Pinckneyville as set forth in Chapter 154 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Pinckneyville and more particularly as set forth in §§ 154.280 through 154.285 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Pinckneyville. The terms “Class A modular housing” and “Class B mobile homes” shall have the definitions as set forth in the Zoning Code.
