§ 130.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   PELLET GUN or BB GUN. Any device designed for or capable of firing, ejecting or propelling any pellet, slug, dart, BB, shot or any other object or missile.
