(A) Any person who is convicted of violating any provision of §§ 112.01 through 112.05 is guilty of a Class B misdemeanor. Any person who is convicted of committing a second or subsequent violation of §§ 112.01 through 112.05 is guilty of a Class 4 felony.

(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 112.15 through 112.19, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 for each offense.
