§ 111.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   CALL SERVICES. Providing or furnishing the services of a massage technician for the purpose of giving or administering a massage for sexual stimulation at a location other than a massage parlor.
   MASSAGE.
      (1)   Any method of pressure on, friction against, stroking, kneading, rubbing, tapping, pounding, vibrating or stimulating of the external soft parts of the body with the hands or with the aid of any mechanical or electrical apparatus, device or appliance, with or without the use of materials such as rubbing alcohol, liniments, antiseptic oils, powder, creams, lotions, ointments or other similar preparation.
      (2)   The term excludes a massage admini- stered by a person registered under the Illinois Physical Therapy Registration Act and does not include the particular massages defined in the practice of barbering set forth in ILCS Ch. 225, Act 410, § 2-1 or the practice of cosmetology, as defined in ILCS Ch. 225, Act 410, § 3-1, when performed by registered barbers or registered cosmetologists or their lawfully authorized assistants.
   MASSAGE PARLOR. Any place, premises, room or other area where any person, for money or other consideration, may receive a massage or related services for the purposes of sexual stimulation.
   MASSAGE TECHNICIAN. Any male or female person who, in connection with the activities of a massage parlor, administers a massage to another person or performs or provides any related services.
   RELATED SERVICES. Furnishing, displaying or exhibiting at any massage parlor any photographs, books, pictures, drawings, motion pictures with or without sound, depicting any nude person or sexual activity or playing any record, tape or other recording of any sexual activity or providing the services of a massage technician in the nude or clothed only about the sexual area or permitting or furnishing facilities or accommodations for the commission of any sexual act by one person or between or among any two or more persons.
   SEXUAL AREA. The genitals, pubic area, buttocks, anus or perineum of any person or the vulva or breasts of a female.
   SEXUAL STIMULATION. Any act, conduct or procedure in or at a massage parlor designed or intended to arouse, appeal to or gratify the lust, passion or sexual desire of a person. SEXUAL STIMULATION includes, but is not limited to, giving or administering a massage in or to the sexual area, fondling or touching the sexual area of a massage technician, observing, listening to, performing or participating in the related services defined in this chapter.
