(A) This chapter shall not prohibit any minor from working on the premises of an establishment holding any class of license herein described, but it shall be unlawful for any minor, employee or not, to pour or mix alcoholic liquor at such an establishment.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any minor to be present at an establishment holding a Class A license, unless the minor is present in an employment capacity or is accompanied by a parent or legal guardian 21 years of age or older.
