§ 110.50 DAYS AND HOURS PERMITTED FOR CONDUCT OF BUSINESS.
   (A)   Unless otherwise authorized by the City Council, it shall be unlawful for any licensee described in the Liquor Control Act, ILCS Ch. 235, Art. 10, § 3 to sell, dispense, barter, deliver, furnish or give away any alcoholic liquor in the city, except as follows:
      (1)   From 6:00 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday until 1:00 a.m. on the next day; and
      (2)   From 6:00 a.m. on Sunday until 1:00 a.m. on the next day for a Class B licensee and from 12:00 p.m. on Sunday until 1:00 a.m. for a Class A, Class C, Class D and Class F licensee.
   (B)   During the days and hours specified in division (A) above, it shall be unlawful for any licensed premises to remain open for business, or to admit any person thereon, or for any alcoholic liquor to be consumed thereon, except:
      (1)   A shop, bowling alley, restaurant or hotel operated upon a licensed premises may remain open during the days and hours for the purpose of conducting the usual business thereof, and
      (2)   Any local unit of a recognized national fraternal or benevolent order or organization which holds a license may remain open during the days and hours for the purpose of conducting fraternal or private social meetings usually held on the premises, provided, in either case, the bar or other place where alcoholic liquor is sold, dispensed or delivered shall be and remain closed.
