§ 110.37 TERM.

All licenses shall be valid for not to exceed one year after issuance, unless sooner revoked or suspended, as in this chapter or the Liquor Control Act provided, and shall expire on April 30 next following their issuance. Provided, however, that Class E licenses shall only be valid on the date for which they are issued.
