§ 110.34 NUMBER OF LICENSES PER CLASS.
   (A)   The number of Class A licenses shall be limited to ten and at any time when ten Class A licenses have been issued and are in force, no other Class A licenses shall be issued.
   (B)   The number of Class B licenses shall be limited to ten. Any time ten Class B licenses have been issued and are in force, no other Class B licenses shall be issued.
   (C)   The number of Class C licenses shall be limited to five. Any time five Class C licenses have been issued and are in force, no other Class C licenses shall be issued.
   (D)   The number of Class D licenses shall be limited to five. Any time five Class D licenses have been issued and are in force, no other Class D licenses shall be issued.
   (E)   The number of Class E licenses shall be limited to five, and at any time when five Class E licenses have been issued and are in force, no other Class E licenses shall be issued.
   (F)   The number of Class F licenses shall be limited to ten and at any time when ten Class F licenses have been issued and are in force no other Class F licenses shall be issued.
