§ 110.31 LICENSE REQUIRED; ELIGIBILITY.

(A) No person shall sell, barter, transport, deliver or furnish at retail any alcoholic liquor (subject to the provisions, conditions and exceptions set forth in § 110.02) within the corporate limits of the city without first having secured a license therefor, as provided in this subchapter.

(B) Eligibility for a license shall be determined by the provisions of the Liquor Control Act, ILCS Ch. 235, Act 5, § 6-2.
