(A) The provisions of ILCS Ch. 235, Act 5, Art. VI, and ILCS Ch. 235, Act 5, §§ 5-5, 6-28.8, 7-7, 7-9, 7-10 and 7-11 and ILCS Ch. 235, Act 5, §§ 10-2 through 10-10, of the Liquor Control Act, except the penalty provisions, are adopted and incorporated as part of this code of ordinances as fully as if set out at length herein.
(B) The sections shall apply to all licenses issued under this chapter, and all applications therefor.
(C) Any violation of the above-numbered sections of the Act shall be deemed a violation of this chapter, and shall be punishable by a fine as provided in § 110.99, which punishment shall be in lieu of any penalty prescribed by any section of the Act.
