§ 110.20 MAYOR TO SERVE AS LOCAL LIQUOR CONTROL COMMISSIONER; POWERS AND DUTIES.
   (A)   The Mayor of the city hereby is appointed Local Liquor Control Commissioner.
   (B)   The Commissioner shall have and exercise all the rights, powers, functions and duties granted, conferred, imposed or provided by the Liquor Control Act.
