§ 110.06 INSURANCE.

It shall be unlawful for any licensee to fail to maintain dram shop insurance coverage for the licensed premises. All licensees shall provide the city with evidence of dram shop insurance in the form of a certificate of insurance issued by an insurance company licensed to do business in the state.
