§ 97.24 ADVERTISEMENTS, CAUSING OR PERMITTING.

It shall be an unlawful housing practice and a violation of this chapter for any owner or other person to cause any person to circulate or publish a statement advertisement or notice that such owner or other person intends to sell or lease any dwelling or housing in a manner that is unlawful under this subchapter, or to consent thereto.
