(A) For the purpose of house numbering and naming certain streets, North main Street and South Main Street are designated as division streets, dividing the east and west portions of the city and East Water Street and West Water Street are designated as division streets for dividing the north and south portions of the city.
(B) The names of all streets extending in east and west directions which cross North Main Street and South Main Street hereby are amended to add the word, “East” before the name of that part of all streets located east of North Main and South Main Streets, and to add the word, “West” before the name of that part of all streets located west of the division streets.
(C) The names of all streets extending in a north and south direction which cross East Water Street and West Water Street hereby are amended to add the word, “North” before the name of that part of all such streets north of East Water and West Water Streets and to add the word, “South” before the name of that part of all such streets located south of the division streets.
