(A) The portion of Water Street located east of Main Street and extending eastwardly to the corporate limits and designated as Illinois Route 154 hereby is named East Water Street.
(B) The portion of Water Street located west of Main Street and extending westwardly along Illinois State Routes 13 and 154 to the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company right-of-way, and that portion extending westwardly along the north side of Juliet M. Edwards Addition, and continuing westwardly along the corporation line along the south side of Dimond's First Addition to the east line of Illinois Street, hereby is named West Water Street.
