(A) The portions of Main Street located north of Water Street and on the east and west sides of the Public Square, and the portion thereof extending northwardly to the corporate limits, and designated as Illinois State Route 127, hereby is named North Main Street.
(B) The portion of Main Street located south of Water Street and extending southwardly to the corporate limits and designated as Illinois State Routes 13 and 127, is hereby named South Main Street.
