§ 93.15 BUILDINGS, ROOFS, WALLS, ENCLOSURES OR OTHER STRUCTURES.

Whenever any building, roof, wall, enclosure or other structure shall be or become in a dangerous fire condition, or shall be or constitute a hazard or shall be in apparent danger or collapsing or falling, the same is hereby declared a nuisance and shall be abated as herein provided.
