§ 93.14 FIRE AND HEATING APPARATUS.

Whenever any chimney, fireplace, hearth, stove, furnace, pipe, oven, boiler, incinerator or other fire container or heating apparatus used in or about any building, or on any premises, (inside of said fire limits) shall be or become in a dangerous condition, the same is hereby declared a nuisance and shall be abated as herein provided.
