For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CITY STREETS. Any of the streets within the boundaries of the city.
NEIGHBORHOOD VEHICLE. A self- propelled, electronically powered 4-wheeled motor vehicle or a self-propelled gasoline powered 4- wheeled motor vehicle with bench or bucket seats, an engine displacement under 1,200 cubic centimeters which is capable of attaining in 1 mile a speed of more than 20 miles per hour, but not more than 35 miles per hour, which is steered and maneuvered with a steering wheel.
UTILITY TERRAIN VEHICLE. A self- propelled, electronically powered 4-wheeled motor vehicle or a self-propelled gasoline powered 4- wheeled motor vehicle with bench or bucket seats, an engine displacement under 1,200 cubic centimeters which is capable of attaining in 1 mile a speed of more than 20 miles per hour, but not more than 35 miles per hour, which is steered and maneuvered with a steering wheel.
