§ 70.017 ENGINE BRAKES.

It shall be unlawful for any person to use engine brakes within the city limits which are in any way activated or operated by the compression of the engine of any motor vehicle or any unit or part thereof. Any person violating this section shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500.
