If the action taken by the Mayor under § 51.113 is not sufficient to reduce consumption to tolerable levels, additional restrictions may be declared as follows:
(A) Disconnection from the system of air conditioning units requiring potable water as a heat exchange medium.
(B) Lowering of water pressure to absolute minimum levels of safe operation.
(C) Pumping of water into the system so regulated as to provide water only for portions of the day.
