Subject to the provisions of Ordinance No. 0-75-5 of the city, the Treasurer shall receive all of the revenue derived from the combined Waterworks and Sewerage System and all other monies and funds incidental to the operation of the system and shall deposit them in a separate bank account for the funds, separately from all other funds of the city and shall administer the Waterworks and Sewerage Fund in every respect as in manner and form provided by law and in accordance with the provision heretofore adopted by the Council pertaining to the construction, maintenance, and operation of the combined waterworks and sewerage system, or in accordance with any ordinance adopted to refund the waterworks sewerage revenue bonds.
