§ 52.020 WATERWORKS AND SEWERAGE COMMITTEE.
   In the event the Council establishes a “Waterworks and Sewerage Committee” then, in that event, whenever the term “Council” shall appear in this chapter, the same shall be construed to mean “Waterworks and Sewerage Committee.”
