§ 51.34 LIABILITY FOR DELINQUENT CHARGES.

The owner of any real estate or improvements thereon, or the owner of the beneficial interest of any trust holding title to land or improvements served hereunder, shall be responsible for any delinquent charges for gas service to the real estate or improvements.
