§ 50.02 DEPOSITS ON ROADS.

It shall be unlawful to drop, unload or deposit any kind of refuse, garbage, rubbish, ashes, junk or other objects, materials or substances in or on any traveled road or roadway in or on the city dump, or any public road leading to, in or on the dump.
