§ 50.01 CITY DUMP SITE DESIGNATED.
   (A)   This subchapter regulates the use of the following described real estate:
      The south 600 feet of the north 1,000 feet of the west 480 feet of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 2 in Township 6 South, Range 3 West of the Third Principal Meridian, except the west 30 feet thereof which is used as a roadway, situated in Perry County, Illinois.
   (B)   The site described in division (A) above shall be referred to as the city dump.
