(A) The First National Bank in Pinckneyville, Pinckneyville, Illinois, Murphy-Wall State Bank and Trust Company, Pinckneyville, Illinois and the State Treasurer’s Illinois Funds Money Market Illinois Public Treasurer’s Investment Pool, Springfield, Illinois, are each hereby designated as depositories of the funds and money of the city in the custody of the City Treasurer.
(B) The City Treasurer is hereby discharged from responsibility for all funds or money that the Treasurer deposits in the designated banks while the funds and money are so deposited.
