The Mayor shall perform all the following duties:
(A) Sign all contracts and other official documents to which the city is a party.
(B) Publish all official statements or reports required by law and all proclamations authorized by the City Council.
(C) All the duties of Local Liquor Control Commissioner, as required by law.
(D) Publish all ordinances and resolutions as required by law.
(E) Grant all licenses and permits not assigned to another department.
