§ 32.091 ENTITIES UNDER COMMISSIONER’S SUPERVISION.

   The Commissioner of Public Affairs shall have charge of, supervision and direction over the following subordinate departments, officers, boards, and municipal functions and services:

   (A)   City Attorney;

   (B)   Planning Commission;

   (C)   Civil defense;

   (D)   Library Board;

   (E)   All officers and employees not assigned to another department by this chapter; and

   (F)   General supervision over all departments and officers of the city.
