§ 31.07 PAID LEAVE.
   Pursuant to ILCS Ch. 820, Act 129, § 15(p), the City of Pinckneyville hereby adopts its current paid leave policy for all full-time city employees and for all contract city employees as set forth in the City of Pinckneyville Code of Ordinances, employment contracts, and the collective bargaining agreements to which the City of Pinckneyville is a party and all other binding legislative actions governing paid leave adopted by the City Council, as the same may be amended from time to time. However, in no event shall the city, as an employer, provide less than eight hours of paid leave per year to any city employee other than part-time employees and that any part-time city employees shall receive not less than two hours paid leave per year pursuant to the policy hereby established and approved for part-time employees.
