§ 113.33 AUTHORIZATION OF MARIHUANA ESTABLISHMENTS.
   Except as provided herein and pursuant to the MRTMA, the village shall authorize the following number of state licensed marihuana establishments to operate within its boundaries:
   (A)   Marihuana safety compliance facility - one license.
   (B)   Marihuana secure transporter - one license.
   (C)   Marihuana microbusiness - one license.
   (D)   Marihuana Class A microbusiness - one license.
   (E)   Marihuana retailer - one license.
   (F)   Marihuana processor - one license.
   (G)   Marihuana grower (any class) - one license.
