§ 95.05 NOTIFICATION TO AGENCIES.

   The Village Clerk will send copies of the permit application to the appropriate governmental agencies, including, but not limited to:

   (A)   Putnam Township Fire Department;

   (B)   Pinckney Department of Public Works;

   (C)   Michigan Department of Transportation;

   (D)   Pinckney Community Schools; and

   (E)   Livingston County Department of Public Health.
