3.05.020   Annual appropriation.
   The funds provided for in Section 3.05.010 shall be subject to annual appropriation by the Pima County board of supervisors and shall be in addition to the base budget amount for children and youth established in fiscal year 1996-97 and to all other Pima County appropriations for programs and activities for children and youth.
