This schedule is available for electrical service used by a non-residential customer with a connected load of 50 kW or greater. The customer must install facilities or operating procedures which are capable of shifting 50% or more of the customer’s average monthly load based on the previous 12-months billing history and off peak during the town’s CP billing hour. This schedule is not available for residential service, for resale or for breakdown, back-up or supplementary service.
