§ 50.03  DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC UTILITIES; DUTIES.
   (A)   The Town Administrator shall serve as Director of Public Utilities.
   (B)   The Director of Public Utilities shall perform the following duties.
      (1)   He or she shall have general supervision over all the operations of the water system.
      (2)   He or she shall see that all rules and regulations of the town are enforced.
      (3)   He or she shall see that water rates and assessments are correctly made.
