§ 153.999  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not exceeding $50 or imprisoned not exceeding 30 days.  Each day that violation continues to exist shall be considered a separate offense.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 153.065 through 153.079 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not more than $100 or imprisonment for not more than 30 days as provided by G.S. § 14-4.
