After such notice and hearing, as provided in § 151.04, the Town Administrator shall state, in writing, his or her determination whether such structure violates this subchapter. If the Town Administrator determines that the structure is in violation of this subchapter, he or she shall state in writing his or her findings of fact to support such determination. He or she shall issue and cause to be served upon the owner thereof an order to repair, alter and improve such structure or remove or demolish the same within a specified period of time not to exceed 60 days.
