Fees for permits shall be based on the total estimated cost of the proposed work, including all subcontracts, if any, but in no case shall the total estimated cost be less than the market value of similar completed work in the town as determined by the appropriate inspector. Permit fees shall be as established by the Board and filed in the office of the Building Inspector.
