§ 131.06  CIVIL SEIZURE AND FORFEITURE.
   Any drug paraphernalia (as defined in § 131.01) used in violation of §§ 131.01 through 131.05 shall be seized and forfeited pursuant to G.S. § 90-112(d) through (f).
