§ 131.04 DELIVERY OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA TO A MINOR.

It shall be unlawful and constitute an additional violation for any person 18 years of age or over, to knowingly deliver drug paraphernalia to a person under 18 years of age who is at least three years his or her junior.
