§ 112.10  INDUCEMENT TO VIOLATE ORDINANCES OR PROVISIONS OF GENERAL STATUES RELATING TO SEXUAL MISCONDUCT.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to induce a licensee or employee or agent thereof to violate this chapter or any provision of the general statutes of the state involving sexual misconduct including but not limited to G.S. §§ 14-177 through 202.1, (Offenses Against Public Morality and Decency), Art. 26, and G.S. §§ 14-203 through 208, Art. 27 (Prostitution).
