(A) Failure to pay the privilege license fees required by this chapter or failure to obtain the regulatory license required by this chapter before any such act is required shall result in a penalty equal to 100% of the fee that is due, in addition to the fee itself.
(B) Consciously and purposely hiding computers, using switching devices to change screens in order to hide the true purpose and use of a computer or any other ploy to hide the intended use of any computer within the establishment shall be considered as perpetrating a fraud upon the town and shall result in the immediate and permanent revocation of the establishment’s privilege license.
