(A) A privilege license fee of $200 annually shall be required to be paid for each and every computer connected or connectable to the internet either by landline or wireless connection at the computer gaming establishment.
(B) All privilege license fees shall be due and payable on or before July 1 of each year for the ensuing 12 months. The privilege license fee for machines placed in use between January 1 and June 30 shall be one-half of the appropriate fee as established above.
(1) For the initial period between July 1, 2013, and December 31, 2013, the appropriate privilege license fee shall be prorated as follows for these months:

December, 2013 | $116.50 |
(2) From January 1, 2014 through June 30, 2014, in accordance with division (B) above, the fee shall be $100.
