(A) Computer gaming establishments shall be limited to the following zoning districts and no others:
(1) CS - Community Shopping District; and
(2) D - Business District, by conditional use permit only.
(B) The above notwithstanding computer gaming establishments shall not be allowed in the B - Business District bounded by N. and S. Railroad Street, W. Ham Street, N. and S. Mill Street and W. Vail Street and known as the Pikeville Downtown Business District.
(C) The zoning regulations encompassed within this chapter shall be in full force and effect within all areas of the town’s extraterritorial jurisdiction.
(D) In all zoning districts where computer gaming establishments are authorized, they may not be placed within 250 feet of any church, nor of any public or private school, nor of any licensed daycare facility.
