§ 96.02 BURIAL PERMIT; DIGGING OF GRAVES.

(A) No person shall be buried in the cemetery without there first having been obtained from the town a burial permit for the person who is to be buried in the cemetery.

(B) All graves shall be dug under the supervision of the Superintendent.
