§ 96.01 PURCHASE OF CEMETERY LOTS; LOT CHANGES.

(A) All persons desiring to purchase a lot in the town cemetery shall apply to the Clerk, who, on payment of the fixed price for each lot, shall cause a deed or other instrument of receipt therefor to be given to the purchaser.

(B) The cost of lots in the cemetery shall be as from time to time established by the Board.
