There is hereby established a park to be known as Dees Memorial Park for use as a recreational area on the land owned by the town as shown on Exhibit A attached to the ordinance passed 11-13-1990. The Town Administrator shall have general supervision, administration and control over all matters pertaining to the park. He or she shall possess the duty and responsibility to formulate, in compliance with existing village ordinances, the rules, regulations and policies that shall govern the use of the park and may recommend and propose to the Board of Commissioners any matter relating to the use and maintenance of the park.
