§ 92.02  EXPENSE FOR NEW STREETS; OWNER RESPONSIBILITY.
   The town will not build any new streets in town; any expenses for making new streets must be paid by property owners or subdivision owners. All streets must have 50-foot rights-of-way and have good drainage.
