§ 91.47 PERIODS OF IMPOUNDMENT.

(A) Domesticated animals other than dogs, shall be impounded by the county according to the County Animal Control Ordinance. Such animals shall be impounded in a humane manner

(B) Dogs without valid license tags shall be impounded by the county according to the County Animal Control Ordinance. Dogs with valid tags shall be impounded by the county according to the county Animal Control Ordinance. Such animals shall be impounded in a humane manner.
